The City of Heidelberg will hold its general election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Open City Council Positions
The following positions will be on the ballot:

Two City Council Members — four-year terms

One City Council Member — two-year term
Filing for Office
Affidavits of Candidacy may be filed beginning Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
Candidates may contact a Heidelberg City Council member or the Mayor to file.

Filing deadline: Tuesday, July 28, 2026, before 5:00 p.m.
